The Cateys' Awards ceremony, takes place in June with the CCA presenting the award to the top Hospitality Student in the UK.
Trade journal, Caterer and Hotelkeeper are the event organisers will run a series of articles, in relation to the Cateys' event, which will include a profile on the CCA. The CCA view that the coverage of this event will develop the consortium position within the industry.

Ian explained ' Our membership, on the most part work within the school and college environment with it we have some of the highest trained caterers within the catering industry, however we are continually viewed as the 'lesser cousins''
Ian continued ' Our sector will benefit from the Cates' profile by recognising our commitment to the importance of good education and personal development through qualifacations'.
