Just a couple of photos of the table layout, showing the CCA logo on the menu, all 150 guests on the night had a menu to take away, in addition to this all of our sponsors and supporters have received a copy of the menu and a certificate, your certificate is in the post. The night was a great success and already 4 of the pupils have been offered jobs in the hospitality industry as a result of the evening.I am sure Iain will fill you in with the first hand experience, once again thepeople attending the night were very impressed and amazed at what could be achieved in a marquee. Elaine Watson from Gleneagles did a sterling job as front of house manager.

Findings from a survey of headteachers commissioned in March which shows that if they had to chose just one soft drink other than water 82% would choose to offer a low calorie still soft drink (such as Ribena Really Light) compared to only 16 per cent choosing orange juice.

SUDAN 1 is a synthetically produced chemical normally used for colouring solvents, waxes and polishes. Rated as a 'class-three' cancer-causing agent by the International Agency for Research on Cancer [IARC], the dye is not permitted in any foodstuffs. It is a genotoxic, which means that it can damage cellular DNA if it consumed, resulting in cell mutations such as cancer.
