The CCA [in education] is a professional body for the catering in the education sector.

With over 250 members nationally which includes Universities, Colleges, Schools, Nurseries and Management training facilities. The CCA is a well-recognised name in the sector creating a network of communication from small independents to large multi site operations.

Established in the mid 60's as the College Caterers Association, it was renamed in the 1995 as the Consortium of Caterers and Administrators to redefine the modern caterer in the Educational Sector. Our networking philosophy of individual contacts has seen us become an essential element of the educational sector caterer.

We offer services to benefit the members, including mobile road show meetings, training, buying and networking.

Debriar Ltd is an independent company which has been established for over 20 years supplying the Catering Industry in the North of England with a complete range of ambient dry goods, chilled, ,disposable, cleaning and hygiene products as well as a full range of confectionery, soft drinks and snacks.


Hopwells Limited was founded in 1978 as an independent frozen food distributor to the catering trade and serves all spheres of the market.  By 1986 Hopwells had become a specialist frozen food distributor operating from our five strategically placed distribution centres.
 
We operate a modern fleet of refrigerated transport, which is continually renewed and modified in line with new development and legislation.  All distribution centres have achieved the British Frozen Food Federation Accreditation, which confirms our ability to attain levels of food hygiene and temperature control.
